Dear Flylady,

I wish I could say I was one of the many success stories of your

I just ordered the menumailer from SavingDinner, since they now have changed the way the website works. You pay for one of the mailers and you can see all 4 of them. I think it's great and i hope i will love it.

I was always a bit scared to buy it because i had troubles deciding which one would be best for me. Now i dont need to decide anymore, i just get all of them

Do any of you guys get the menumailer too?

Hi,

I needed to vent somewhere so i decided to do it here. I saw a psychologist monday because i worry a LOT. I had already done a course with them but that didnt help me, but all the others atleast worried a bit less. She asked me a lot of questions about how i am towards other people of my age and stuff.

She told me i might have a light form of Asperger Syndrome. Thats a highly functional autism. You might be good at a lot of things, but social you are very lacking, especially towards ...

I am always cramming a holiday plan together at the last second. And, I have been cramming the fly missions in an email folder to "read later." Typical me!
Mandolin is officially a 4th grader at her new school! They are already off and running. She is in GATE (gifted program) so we are always worried about her getting into it on a good foot with a positive attitude. It isn't easy but anything less would bore her to death. I know...bored=behavior issues. They are doing 6th grade work and will end up at close to 8th grade level in math this year...yikes! I better start studying.

She LOVES her teacher and is making friends which is a big deal ...

Well I hope you can find it! I have my kids excited about cleaning for this Friday's video. The ultimate goal is to have our room open for my girls' birthday party in December. I think we've had the door open for only one party/function in the 7 years we've lived here. It's about time!!!

Lets make a goal to move for at LEAST 15 minutes every day. Even if you are vacuuming you are burning calories! Whatever you do, just try to really get going so it gets your heart rate up. If you are cleaning your bathroom just set your timer for 15 minutes and really book it until the timer goes off. SCRUB YOUR TUB! That is what I need to do but I DETEST that job. Draw a star or stick a sticker on your calendar for every 15 minutes you do. My goal is to do 30 minutes every day starting today. ...

I went to the doctor's office for my flu shot last week and I weighed in while I was there.
We're working on the Monster (Master) Bedroom suite this weekend. David is in there painting the walls right now. The current colors in there are rose and powder blue (it's a Victorian look) but we're changing it to a light yellow and white trim. He's already painted the ceiling an off white. He's doing a great job.

Here are some before pictures:

The lights will soon be up on the wall so the cat won't be so traumatized!

DH still has painting supplies in the kitchen (the trim work is almost finished in the monster bedroom) and that makes it difficult ...
